Scotts Flat

Scotts Flat is a cool little lake that is worth checking out if you are tired of the same old places. It is located off of Highway 20 on your way to Nevada City from Truckee or just past Grass valley if you are coming from Auburn. Scotts Flat has a couple nice launch ramps, family picnic areas, camping and a small marina to enhance your experience. For the fishing enthusiasts Scotts Flat is great for a variety of fish including: Rainbow Trout, German Brown Trout, Large and Smallmouth Bass and Kokanee Salmon.
