Lake Lahontan
Lahontan Reservoir is a local favorite. Nearly 68 miles of shoreline and much of it is soft sand makes Lahontan a great weekend destination. There are many great areas to ski and ride all day long. The water is warm and the camping is great. There are developed campsites as well as beach camping available.
Lahontan has two developed launch ramps on either end with plenty of parking. Lahontan is a short drive from Reno and even shorter from Fernley and Fallon, as it is located between Fernley and Fallon.
